Welcome to Carp France Fishery, Charente (16), South West France. After fishing many and varied French fisheries usually from a bivvy, using all kinds of rods, and rigs, coarse-fishing poles, baits, boilies, pellets and groundbaits, in swims all over France, I realised there were fishery’s that had big carp and cats, but very few carping or catfish angling waters which had quality rental holiday accommodation for the angler. So, in the late 1990′s I decided to supply anglers not only with the best-stocked fishing lakes in the country, but also the best facilities for their holidays in Charente, SW France. Bivvies and drive-survive are all very well, but they can’t beat holiday-home comforts after hard night fishing! We have two fishing lakes: Lac Lucie, which is a 3.5 acre specimen lake, at 5 acres, and Kingfisher Lake, with its Huge Carp up to 60lbs. and Big Catfish weighing 135lbs. plus. Both lakes – Kingfisher and Lac Lucie are booked on a sole usage basis, giving our fishers complete privacy to enjoy rural France. However, at Carp France we believe our carp fishermen deserve the very best. So, the holiday rental includes he use of a fully-equipped, private 5 star chalet and swimming pool.
